Above topic was chosen for my podcast after a brief time of reflection whether it is the topic that I want to build my podcast about.One of the main reasons why I chose the above topic is because, I can relate to the topic very well as I am a student myself.

I wanted to use as much information as possible and also use my podcast as a voice to give out a certain message.

After perusing the web for a certain time period I was capable of finding information, sources that support my topic. I have gathered information from documents, Q&A pages, PDFs and also by talking to people. Mainly students to get their opinion regarding the topic.

Moreover, I gave more time in getting to know other students and peoples opinion so that when I insert such information on my podcast, those who listen to it can relate to it.

The topic I have chosen can be talked about about for hours. Therefore, I wanted to keep the information subtle and less complicated. I tried my best to make the content interesting and also entertaining so the audience will enjoy what they are listening too.

I was very careful when it came to using my sources in the podcast. I didn’t want to be stuck on one source but use all information I’ve got wisely.

I wanted to use all the sources I’ve found as much as possible and address all the areas that I wanted to emphasize.

I did a miniature research on how to make a successful podcast as well, there I learned about how to create and use the content appropriately on a podcast, how to make a podcast interesting, entertaining and even popular while conveying the message that has to be conveyed.

I’ve used my personal experiences related to the topic as well. I’ve faced many benefits and limitations when it comes to using digital media for learning purposes and for various engagements. Therefore, I have shared those memories as well to give a better idea.

I’ve included a music clip from the beginning till the end of the podcast. Its not distracting the podcast but, slightly playing in the background of the podcast. I’ve downloaded it from ‘freemusicarchive’. (Freemusicarchive.org, 2020)

The biggest challenge I had to face while making my podcast was how to use all the resources I’ve found within the given time limit. I used a voice recording app called ‘Awesome Voice Recorder’ on my mobile phone and recorded few voice notes within the given time period. By doing that I understood what has to be altered in order to get the best version of the voice clip that I am going to use in my podcast.

It was my first time making a podcast. I had to learn many creative ways on how to keep an audience attracted to what their are listening. I also learned about the benefits of a podcast and how a podcast can be used for many purposes. Even for business purposes.

Podcasts can be use to build influence, promote businesses, to build up a library of content also, creating and building a podcast is easy, cheap and entertaining.

Finally, I have mention that I’ve faced many challenges while making the podcast. It was very hard for me to remain within the time limit due to many information I’ve gathered after few weeks of research. I’ve recorded myself talking about the topic at least more than 10 times!. In the end I believe I’ve got the best voice clip after hours of recording and uploaded it. Hope I have done a good job!
